The setting: Darkened chruch, primarily lit by candlelight, chanted prayers, readings and psalms, and punctuated by serveral periods of silence begun and ended with the sounding of the gong. After the service, small studfy group forums. Parish Picnic Time: 10:00am Parish Picnic following the 10:00 a.m. worship service at Lew Howard Park. The Vestry will once again be putting this event together. We will have a lively worship service with the praise band followed by lunch of hamburgers, turkey burgers , veggie burgers and hotdogs with all the trimmings, chips, and drinks all prepared by your Vestry. Please bring folding chairs to sit on as the grass is usually still damp, a side dish or a dessert to share. There will be games for the children and pony rides.
