St. Martha's Guild

Ten years or so ago a group of women decided to meet when two of our excellent quilters offered to teach a class in quilting.  The quilt we made was not a huge success (one of our teachers ended up ripping it up and remaking it).  However, we met regularly and working together was so enjoyable we decided to continue.  St. Martha’s group was formed.  The purpose of the group gradually changed from sewing quilts to making all sorts of articles for sale at the Christmas Bazaar each year.  Through the years we have contributed to the Twin Lakes Food Bank Toy Drive, our Sunday School Program, the Youth Group and the nursery building.

The St. Martha’s Guild would like to invite you to join our merry group.  No particular skill is needed as there is always someone eager to share her expertise on a variety of projects.  We all agree that the greatest benefit is the fellowship and the friendships that are formed.

St. Martha’s Guild meets every second and forth Friday mornings at Karen Keilson and Betty Damm's home.  Please come and visit our group!
