Welcoming Committee

The Welcoming Committee welcomes newcomers and visitors to Trinity Church each week, and provides social occasions in which to meet and talk with parishioners and fellowship together.  Members of this committee also visit in the homes of our   newcomers to take a gift of home-baked cookies and an information packet to introduce them to our church and its activities.

One aspect of the Welcoming Committee is organizing and presenting Newcomer Brunches 3 times a year where the newer members of our Parish are presented.  It is a time of fellowship and opportunities to share our faith and let them know we are a ‘welcoming church’, as well as answer any questions they may have.  Offering our friendship and goodwill to those God has sent to us is the primary concern of our committee members.
