Youth Group

Our really fun Youth Group (9th-12th graders) meets weekly on Sunday evenings, 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. for the entire school year in the Teen Room.  We play games (Apples to Apples would perhaps be our favorite!), eat great food, talk about our faith lives and worship together.  Last school year we had an overnight in the Parish Hall and flipped pancakes at the Shrove Tuesday dinner.  We’ve held a church service outside, went to a movie, water-skied at Folsom Lake, collected pennies for the Diocesan 30,000 Pennies Campaign and earned money which we used to buy Christmas gifts for needy teens.

I believe our Youth Group has become a safe place for our teens to have fun, explore their faith and find a Christ-centered alternative to the pressures of the middle and high school social scenes.
