Children's and Youth Ministries at Trinity
At Trinity Folsom, we strive to provide a safe, welcoming, accepting, an affirming environment for our children and youth to learn to follow the example of Christ and grow in their understanding and love of God and neighbor.
Nursery
Our nursery is a safe, nurturing place for little ones newborn to 3 years old is available from 8:45am until 12:30pm on Sunday mornings. Nursery care is provided by paid adult childcare workers. You may take your child to the nursery and then return for them anytime during or after the service. Some parents like to bring their children back into the church for Communion and blessings. Babies are also welcome to remain with their parents in church.
Children's Chapel
Offered during our 9am and 11:15am Sunday Services, Children's Chapel is an optional age-appropriate worship option for children ages 3 to 8. Staffed by paid adult childcare workers, youth volunteers, and our Director of Children's and Youth Ministries, Children's Chapel provides a safe and affirming place for children to learn about the Bible, Christ, and a relationship with God. There is also time for play and fellowship. Children are also welcome to remain in regular worship with their parents.
Sunday School for Children and Youth

Holy Moly Outings
In addition to learning together on Sunday mornings, our 3rd through 5th graders are invited to participate in a once-a-month Sunday afternoon outing. These off-site events give our children a chance to engage with one another in a social setting. Outings include activities such as roller skating and bowling. Youth Group
Trinity's Youth Group for 6th through 12th graders meets weekly on Sunday afternoons. A mix of activities include games and lessons, off-campus activities, and volunteer opportunities. Details of the week's meeting as well as upcoming outings are listed in the Trinity Tidings newsletter.
Children's Choir
Designed for children ages 8 to 13, our Children's Choir sings approximately once a month at the 9am Sunday service. The choir meets on Wednesdays in the late afternoon to learn music and rehearse upcoming anthems under the guidance of our Director of Music.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School (VBS) is an exciting week of friendship, fun, and formation for children entering kindergarten through 5th grade. Information about VBS is announced in the Trinity Tidings.
